How do I get started?

All you need is the email addresses of  people who know your character and your skills. As a minimum, we suggest 6 responders. The more responses, the more valuable your feedback report.

Of course, it also helps to have ambition and an open mind.

How does MY360 work?

We'll send emails inviting your chosen responders to provide feedback.

They'll answer straightforward questions about your abilities, on a scale of 1-to-10. They'll also write comments in their own words. It takes only 15 minutes.

We recommend that you answer the questionnaire too. Your responses will be displayed separately. So you'll get valuable insight into how accurately you see yourself, compared with how others see you.

In just over a week, you'll receive your 360 degree feedback report.
