Create Guidance Feedback Profile

This information will be used to design your questionnaire, and gather demographic information. (No personally-identifying information about you will be released to anyone.)

You will receive an invitation to respond to the questionnaire. Be sure to respond to gain a valuable point of comparison with the other responders.
Gender allows the system to use the correct pronouns (eg. "she", "he") in your questionnaire.
This information will be kept confidential and used to develop valuable, anonymous statistics.
If your responsibilities are solo, and do not usually include directing the work of other people, choose Non-manager.
If your responsibilities include directing a team of workers, choose Manager
Choose 6 or more responders, if possible
You can have as many as you like. You'll get the most meaningful results by including many responders.

Choose impartial responders who know your work well
Good choices include current or former colleagues, peers, professionals, bosses, direct reports, clients, customers, and anyone else who knows your abilities.
If you choose people who will only say nice things about you, you will get no benefit from this investment. And anyone who reads it will recognize that it is not impartial.
Remember, no one expects you to have perfect skills in every area.
