Because the scale and anchors (for instance: "Not enough info", "Strongly Disagree", "Disagree", "Neutral") are presented directly below each question, responders find it straightforward to click a button and respond accurately.

Compared to paper questionnaires, Internet-based surveys provide far more narrative comment information. Why? Responders find it easier to type text than to write it out, and they feel more confident being frank because their hand-writing cannot be recognized.

Submitting the Response is Immediate

To submit their completed questionnaires, responders simply click the "Submit Response" button. At once, they receive a message confirming that their reply has been received.

Options

Responders can reply on paper if an Internet connection is not available. A specially designed interface makes it quick and easy for an assistant to enter their responses into the system.

If you wish, you can allow potential responders who feel unable to reply, to use a special interface to opt out of the survey automatically—and tell you why, if they choose to.
