About us

Panoramic Feedback is a subsidiary of PanoMetrics Inc., founded in 1998.

The company was built by coaches and consultants Esther Kohn-Bentley and Timothy Bentley, to respond to the real-life needs of organizations. We’ve been providing 360-degree feedback online for over two decades.

Not to brag, but we were the first successful 360 system on the Internet.

During that period, we’ve had the privilege of conveying valuable feedback from a million and a half responders to hundreds of thousands of subjects.

Because of its quality, Panoramic Feedback has attracted dozens of multi-national and international clients. As a result, it now supports the use of over 50 languages.

Esther Kohn-Bentley M.Ed., CEO, manages customer relations and sales. She holds a double Master's degree in adult education and psychology, and has decades of experience in performance evaluation and growth.

In her spare time, she sails, plays guitar, and sings.

Timothy Bentley M.Div., COO, oversees finances and the development of new features. He brings his experience as an organizational consultant to help our clients mine their 360-degree feedback data for strategic information that can accelerate their success.

Outside the office, he sails and takes photographs.

Elena Albegova B.Sc. manages the Client Support Department. Her strong technical background, and a passion for helping people succeed, make her an excellent Client Relations Manager. She and her support staff offer cheerful, timely advice to our clients.

Elena manages the Service Bureau which provides meticulous project administrative services, for organizations that prefer to have us manage their projects.

Aaron Bentley has written the code for Panoramic Feedback from its inception. He created the initial design, and performed much of the programming over the years. Employed elsewhere as an internationally-recognized QA and open source developer, he continues to supervise the work of talented Panoramic Feedback developers.

He’s also a skilled musician, rock-climber, and gamer.
