Our company policy is that all data provided through MY360 is private and confidential, and may not be released to anyone other than those for whom it is intended. 

As a condition of employment, our staff sign a contract to honor this commitment.

We use the information you provide to collect payment, prepare your 360 degree feedback questionnaire, and personalize the questionnaire for your responders.

We may also use some information (for example, your age), aggregated with that of other MY360 users, for research and marketing. In doing so, we promise never to identify you or any other individual personally.

Web Protection

We maintain sensitive information on a secure server. We use 128-bit encryption to render all information inaccessible from the web. 

 We use complex passwords to protect the integrity of all data. No information will be released to unauthorized persons.

No Sale Of Information

We will not sell or give away your individual information.

We will disclose it only if we believe we are required to do so by law, regulation, or competent government authority.
