
When introducing 360-degree feedback it is very important to get commitment from senior management. They are the key influential people whose support will add credibility to your 360-degree feedback initiative.
If possible, make your senior management team the first group to receive 360-degree feedback. Then roll out your 360 to more junior managers.
If participation of your senior management is not possible, pilot 360-degree feedback with another group. Ideally, the pilot group would have a positive attitude to 360-degree feedback and be willing to provide you with their honest feedback about how the whole 360 process worked for them.
