Panoramic Feedback help
Check completion, manage deadlines, and prepare reports. Understand how response thresholds, self-ratings, and reporting options affect the results.
Use the project’s status reports to review completion by subject or evaluator, including submission times and outstanding assignments.
See the participant status guidance. Completion tracking does not reveal a named evaluator’s confidential answers.
No. The deadline in your invitation is guidance for participants; the questionnaire remains open until an administrator closes it.
To extend the response window, keep the questionnaire open and schedule a reminder that clearly states the new deadline. Review any planned report delivery before changing the schedule.
Generating a final individual report normally closes that person’s questionnaire. If you are not producing a report, set the subject’s status to inactive to close it.
Check completion and reporting arrangements first. An interim report is different from a final report and can consume an assessment credit. Read when credits are deducted.
Yes. Change the subject’s status back to active. This allows evaluators, including the subject completing a self-assessment, to return while the questionnaire is open.
If responses change, regenerate the report before distributing the updated results and make clear which version recipients should use.
A confidential evaluator category needs at least three responses to appear separately in a report. Self and Supervisor are excluded from this rule. When a category falls below that threshold, categories are combined for reporting.
If there are still fewer than three responses after the available categories are combined, those responses are omitted from the report. Plan evaluator groups with this in mind before launch.
A single supervisor’s feedback may be intentionally identifiable. Written comments can also contain identity clues. Read the full confidentiality guidance, or ask Support to review your reporting setup.
No. Self-ratings are presented separately and are not included in averages of feedback from others. This lets the subject compare their own view with colleagues’ observations.
Yes. On REPORTS → Responder Categories, enable Allow Comment Display for Combined Responders and Self, and disable it for the other categories when you want that arrangement.
Preview the report to confirm the result. Pooling comments does not remove identifying details from their wording, so participant guidance should explain how comments will be used.
An administrator can generate and download individual reports from the REPORTS tab. Check the report profile, included sections, confidentiality settings, and intended recipients before preparing final reports.
Premier also supports Automatic Report emails for generating and sending reports directly to subjects. Configure the appropriate report profile and delivery schedule first. Explore the individual report.
One assessment credit is deducted when results are compiled for a subject for the first time in that assessment. This includes an interim or final report or an interim or final export file.
You can then regenerate reports for the same subject in that assessment without another credit deduction. Including the subject in a group report does not use another credit. A new assessment is separate. Review current pricing or see how to order credits.
Available options include comparisons with previous results and project-level comparisons such as a group average or percentile. Premier includes historical comparison reporting; the right comparison also depends on compatible assessment data.
Previous-result imports may require an OLDSAC reference in the subject data. Ask Support to check the import and reporting setup before relying on a comparison.
Data export is available with Premier. Exported results can be used for further analysis, subject to the account’s features and your organization’s data-handling arrangements.
Check which fields the export contains and how they will be stored and shared. An interim or final export can consume an assessment credit when it first compiles results. Read the credit guidance.
Yes. Premier group reports combine results across a project or compatible projects to help a program lead review patterns across a cohort.
Use comparable questions and scales, agree on report recipients, and consider the confidentiality of small groups and comments. Your consultant or internal team interprets the results. Explore group 360 reporting.
