Panoramic Feedback help
Build a questionnaire around the behaviors your project needs to assess. Find answers about questions, scales, templates, and languages.
Choose a scale that fits the behaviors you are assessing and that evaluators can use consistently. Panoramic Feedback supports customizable scales, including common five-, seven-, and ten-point options.
Define what each point means. More points do not automatically produce more useful feedback. If you plan to compare results over time, keep the scale compatible across assessments.
Yes. Labels can describe agreement, frequency, or competence, depending on the question. For example, a behavior statement may suit a frequency scale from “Never” to “Always.”
Use labels that match the wording of the questions, explain the distinctions between points, and check the participant preview before launch.
Include the questions needed to assess the relevant behaviors, while keeping the time commitment reasonable. Panoramic Feedback does not impose a questionnaire-length restriction, but a long assessment can make thoughtful completion harder.
Remove repeated or unrelated questions. Test how long the questionnaire takes, including written comments, and consider evaluators who will assess several people.
Yes. You can enter your own competency framework and questions, then configure scales, comment fields, and participant instructions for the project.
Use clear statements about behaviors people can observe. Your firm or organization is responsible for the suitability of the questionnaire and permission to use any third-party material.
Yes. Use the questionnaire Import feature to bring a library questionnaire into your project. You can use it as a starting point and refine the wording and structure for your subjects.
Available library content depends on your account. We have developed questionnaires for specific industries that can be used and refined as needed. Read about industry applications or ask about a suitable starting point.
You can edit competencies, questions, rating scales and labels, comment fields, and introductory and concluding text. Preview the questionnaire to check how those choices appear to participants.
Available layout and other options depend on your plan and setup. Explore platform customization.
Yes. A library questionnaire or your own questionnaire can provide a reusable starting point. An existing project can also serve as a template for a new assessment.
Review the questions, instructions, dates, branding, and reporting arrangements for the new project rather than assuming the previous setup is still appropriate.
Yes. Questionnaires, invitations, and report text can be configured in the languages your participants need. Supply and review the translated content required for your project.
Check participant and report previews before launch, including characters, labels, and instructions. Read about language support.
