Panoramic Feedback help
Find help with giving feedback, choosing evaluators, managing participant lists, and checking response progress.
A subject is the person receiving 360 feedback. An evaluator is someone giving feedback about a subject. Participant is the collective term for subjects and evaluators.
A subject usually completes a self-assessment and can also evaluate other people. A subject may be asked to nominate evaluators who know their work.
Some platform screens and email settings use Responder for an evaluator.
No. Panoramic Feedback accepts partial submissions so you can return while the project is open. Follow the saving and submission instructions shown in your questionnaire.
Complete all required questions and submit the finished questionnaire. An incomplete response is not included in the 360 report.
Yes, while the project is open. Return using your invitation, review your answers, make the changes, and submit the questionnaire again.
If the project has closed, contact the organizer named in your invitation to ask whether it can be reopened.
Yes. You can complete the questionnaire on a smartphone or tablet. Use the invitation link for your assessment and follow the instructions shown on screen.
If you have trouble opening or completing it, contact Support. For a missing invitation or a deadline question, contact the project organizer.
A personal ID, or PID, identifies your assignment to give feedback about a particular person. If you are assessing several people, you receive a separate PID for each assignment.
Use the link and ID provided in your own invitation. Do not share them: someone else could use them to access your assignment. Read how confidential responses are protected.
The project organizer decides who will receive reports and how the results will be used. Your invitation or project guidance should explain those arrangements.
If it does not, ask the person or team named in the invitation before responding. Panoramic Feedback provides the platform; the organizer sets the purpose and recipients for your project.
Yes. A distinctive example, job title, or reference to a conversation can make you recognizable even when your name is absent. Describe observable behavior and avoid identifying details when you want your contribution to remain anonymous.
Pooling comments does not remove identity clues from their wording. Read the full confidentiality answer.
Choose people who have enough experience of the subject’s work to provide relevant observations. Consider each feedback group and allow for people who may not respond.
Plan for the platform’s minimum-response rules before launch. See how small feedback groups are reported. Account limits also apply; review the current plans.
An administrator can enter people manually or upload a participant list. You can also invite subjects to nominate their evaluators through the Subject Portal.
Check email addresses, assignments, and feedback groups before sending invitations. Request training if you need help preparing an import or using the portal.
Use Status by Subject to review the evaluators assigned to each subject and their completion status. Status by Responder shows the number of questionnaires assigned to each evaluator. “Responder” is the platform label for an evaluator.
Status reports also show submitted responses and submission times. Tracking who has completed an assessment does not give an administrator access to that person’s confidential answers.
Yes. Add the people and their assignments, check their email addresses, and send the original invitation to those new evaluators.
Follow the email guidance for new or corrected addresses. Allow the new evaluators enough time to respond.
Yes. Change their Responder category for the subject to None. They will no longer receive notifications for that assignment, and any feedback they submitted for it will be excluded from the report.
If you select the same evaluator again later, their previous response can be reinstated. Check the assignments carefully before regenerating reports.
Yes. Change their Responder category on the PEOPLE tab. This changes how their response is grouped in reports, even if they have already responded.
Review the reporting and confidentiality implications before changing categories. Regenerate affected reports when necessary.
Common categories include Supervisor, Direct Reports, Peers, Others, and Self. You can rename categories and add or remove groups to suit the assessment.
Choose groups that represent useful perspectives, and plan for minimum-response rules in confidential groups. Explain any intentionally identifiable feedback, such as a single supervisor’s response, in participant communications.
Prepare and schedule invitations on the EMAILS tab after reviewing your participant lists. The platform sends each person the links and personal IDs needed for their assignments.
Read about invitations and reminders for scheduling and delivery guidance.
The person and their evaluators remain in the People List, but responses already received for that person are lost and cannot be restored.
Check whether you need to retain results before making this change. If your aim is only to stop new responses, review the questionnaire closure guidance or ask Support.
Deleting a subject permanently removes their record, evaluator assignments, and submitted feedback for that assessment. The deleted subject and associated information cannot be restored.
Confirm that you are deleting the correct record and retain any reports or permitted exports your organization needs first. Ask Support if you are unsure which action to use.
