Our role as your 360 feedback platform provider

Organizations can buy Panoramic Feedback software and ask us to manage assessment setup, invitations, reminders, response monitoring, and report preparation. Consulting work, including coaching and the interpretation of results, belongs with the organization’s own consultant or an independent consultant we introduce when requested and available. We do not quote or deliver that consulting work as a Panoramic Feedback service.

Consulting introductions and administration assignments

You can express interest in consulting introductions, administration assignments, or both. We consider each opportunity separately; joining the network does not guarantee referrals or work.

Use the 360 platform for your own consulting clients

Panoramic Feedback has supported 360 delivery for nearly 30 years. You can use the platform for your own clients whether or not you join the network. Bring your questions and competency framework, tailor participant communications and reports, and reuse a project structure across engagements. Available white labeling features can put your firm’s brand on participant materials and reports. Run projects yourself with platform support, or ask us to manage agreed administration tasks when you need capacity.

Clear boundaries for consultant-led clients

When your firm uses our platform or administration service for a client, we work through your firm and do not use that engagement to market directly to the client. If that client contacts us about another engagement, we notify you and refer the client back to your firm to discuss services. If we already have an independent relationship with the organization, we disclose it before your project begins and agree on boundaries. For an opportunity introduced by Panoramic Feedback, we agree responsibilities and terms separately before making the referral or assigning work.

Who we want to meet

We would like to meet established independent consultants and boutique firms with experience in leadership development, executive coaching, organizational development, or 360 feedback. We’ll ask about:

• Your services, sector experience, and the regions and languages you serve.
• How you interpret feedback and support development after the report is delivered.
• How you handle confidential participant information and client communications.
• Your availability and interest in consulting introductions, administration work, or both.

How to discuss a consultant partnership

1. Tell us about your practice. Share your services, typical clients, locations served, experience with 360 feedback, and the type of collaboration that interests you.
2. Discuss fit and boundaries. We review your services, relevant experience, platform needs, and how client relationships and confidentiality would be handled.
3. Consider specific opportunities. If a suitable introduction or delivery project arises, we confirm the role and communications before proceeding. For delivery work, we also agree on scope and commercial terms before work starts.

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to become a partner to use Panoramic Feedback?

No. You can use the platform for your own clients without joining the network. If you are interested in a partnership, we can discuss it separately.

Will joining bring me client referrals?

There is no guaranteed referral volume. We consider a consultant when a specific organization asks for expertise and the consultant’s experience and availability fit the request.

Who contracts with an organization after an introduction?

For a consulting introduction, the consultant and organization decide whether to work together and agree their own consulting arrangement. For administration work that is part of a Panoramic Feedback managed service, we agree the partner’s task scope and commercial terms separately before work begins.

Does Panoramic Feedback also work directly with organizations?

Yes. Organizations can purchase the platform or project administration directly from us. We do not provide consulting, coaching, or report interpretation to them. If they ask for those services, we can introduce an independent consultant. For a consultant-led engagement you bring to us, we work through your firm and follow the client boundaries above. We disclose any existing independent relationship with that organization before your project begins.

Can I keep using my own methodology and brand?

Yes. You can use your own assessment content and consulting approach. Available white labeling features can present participant-facing materials and reports under your firm’s identity; we can show the options for your account and project.

What happens if my client contacts Panoramic Feedback directly?

For a client you brought to a consultant-led project, we notify you and refer the client back to your firm to discuss another engagement. We agree on any existing independent relationship with that organization before your project begins.
