People Overview

The People section is where you manage the people involved in your 360-degree feedback project.

This includes both the individuals receiving feedback and those providing it.


Who Are People?

People are made up of two main groups:

  • Subjects – individuals receiving feedback
  • Responders – individuals providing feedback

Each subject is linked to one or more responders, who complete the questionnaire.


What You Can Do in the People Section

Within this section, you can:

  • Add and manage subjects
  • Add and assign responders
  • Define relationships between subjects and responders
  • Customize responder categories
  • Organize responders by category
  • Import and export people data

This section is central to setting up how feedback will be collected.

People are typically added after your questionnaire is created.

A common sequence is:

  1. Build your questionnaire
  2. Add people
