Subject Settings

The Subject Settings page allows you to configure how Subjects participate in the 360-degree feedback process, including self-assessment options and related reporting settings.


What You Can Configure

On this page, you can configure:

  • Whether Subjects can complete a self-assessment
  • Whether Subjects can access the Subject Portal to enter their Responders
  • How self-assessment appears in reports
  • The name of the self-response category (default is “Self”)
  • Whether narrative comments from self-assessments are included in reports

These settings help determine how Subjects interact with the assessment process and how their self-feedback is displayed in reports.


Self-Response Considerations

Self-assessments can provide valuable insight into how Subjects perceive their own performance and behaviours. Comparing self-ratings with feedback from others may help identify:
