The Import People is an efficient tool for importing all data about Subjects and Responders into your project using a single CSV file.
This is the most efficient way to set up people for larger projects.
If you have only a few entries to make, it may be more efficient to enter them into your project individually by cutting and pasting the information from another source.
However, if you have many entries, the Import People will significantly reduce your effort. You may want to import people when:

Once imported, people will be added to your project.
Accurate data is essential for a successful import. For each person, this file may contain first name, last name, gender, and email address. You can also add other demographic information like the location, job title, department, or division, which can be useful when generating Group sub-reports.
Importing people simply creates the person records within the project.
Assigning individuals as Subjects or Responders is completed in a later step of the project setup process..
Review:
Even after importing your list of people, you can continue to add additional individuals at any time. Make any necessary adjustments before launching your project.

Use Status Reports to review responder assignments and verify that each Subject has the appropriate group of responders.
