Customizing Report Text

The Text Adaptation page allows you to tailor the language used throughout your reports to better reflect your organization’s tone, terminology, and objectives.

This uses a similar Default Questionnaire Text functionality available in the Questionnaire section, ensuring a consistent and flexible experience across your entire project.

What You Can Customize

You are able to tailor the standard report text:

• Subject’s Report – Cover Page
• Subject’s Report – Page Titles and Text
• Group Report – Cover Page
• Group Report – Page Titles and Text
• Date Format and Month Names

Why Customize Report Text

Customizing report text helps ensure that reports:

• Support projects conducted in different languages by allowing translation of report elements
• Align with your organization’s culture, communication style, and terminology
• Use familiar labels, descriptions, and instructional language throughout the report

How It Works

This uses a similar Default Questionnaire Text functionality available in the Questionnaire section:

• Select the text element you want to modify
• Enter your adapted version
• Save your changes

Your customized text will automatically appear in generated reports.

Important Considerations

• Changes apply to reports generated after the update
• Report customizations do not affect collected response data
• Maintaining clear and consistent wording is recommended for accurate interpretation
