The Users page allows you to manage the people who have access to your account. Each user has their own secure login credentials, making it easy for multiple people to collaborate while maintaining account security and activity tracking.
From this page, you can:
In projects with multiple users you can choose which user receives project-related system notifications.
Each user has their own username and password. Individual logins provide several benefits:
Each user is assigned a role that determines what they can do within the account.
Administrators have full access to the account and can:
Members can work on projects they have permission to access but cannot manage account-level settings or users.
Each user can select their preferred Locale, which determines the default language used for new projects they create. This includes the questionnaire text, report default text, and emails sent to Subjects and Responders.
When a new project is created, it automatically uses the locale selected in the user’s profile. This helps ensure that project communications and reports are generated in the appropriate language from the start.
Each user can select their preferred Time Zone.
Dates and times displayed throughout the platform are shown using the user’s selected time zone, making it easier for teams working in different regions to manage projects accurately.
When creating a new project, you can select the user(s) who will receive project-related system notifications.
These notifications keep users informed about important project activity and may include confirmations that invitations and reminders have been sent, bounced-back email notifications, and alerts when new people are added to the project.
If needed, multiple users can be selected to receive notifications for the same project, making it easy for teams to stay informed without relying on a shared email address.
To add a new user:
Users with the Administrator role can edit or deactivate other users at any time. Deactivating a user removes their access to the platform without affecting existing projects or project data.
