Automatic Emails

Automatic Emails are used to manage all communication with participants in your 360-degree feedback project.

Instead of sending emails manually, you configure and schedule emails in advance, and the system delivers them automatically based on your settings.


How Automatic Emails Work

Automatic Emails are:

  • Configured within your project
  • Scheduled to send on specific dates
  • Sent automatically to the appropriate participants
  • Triggered based on participant status (e.g., completed or not completed)

Once set up, the system handles delivery without further manual action.


Types of Automatic Emails

Panoramic Feedback includes several types of automatic emails, each serving a different purpose:

Subject Emails

Sent only to subjects (those receiving feedback)

  • Subject Catalyst
  • Subject Reminder
  • Subject Address Correction

Responder Emails

Sent to responders (including self, if applicable)

  • Responder Pre-Announcement
  • Responder Catalyst (invitation)
  • Responder Reminder

Report Emails

Used to deliver results
