Overview Dashboard (At a Glance)

The Dashboard page provides an at-a-glance overview of your account and current project activity . This page acts as your starting point when you log in and is intended for quick navigation rather than detailed work.

It helps you quickly see what has changed, identify projects that may need attention, and review upcoming email activity.

Account and Assessment Credits

At the top of the Dashboard, you can see the number of assessment credits currently available in your account. Select View credit history to review your credit purchases and usage history.

You can also use the shortcuts to:

• View Projects – opens your list of projects.
• Create New Project – starts the process of creating a new project.

Active Projects

This section summarizes activity for projects that are currently within their Start and End Dates:

• Active Projects – the number of projects currently active.
• Upcoming automatic emails – the number of automatic emails currently scheduled.
• Emails sent – the number of emails sent during the applicable period.

Since your last visit

This section shows recent response and email delivery activity that has occurred since you last visited the Dashboard page. It helps you quickly identify new activity without having to open individual projects.

Email delivery activity includes scheduled emails sent automatically and emails sent manually using Send Now. Test emails are not included in these statistics.

Upcoming automatic emails

This section shows emails that are scheduled to be sent automatically from your projects. You can view scheduled emails for the next 7, 14, or 30 days.

This is useful for confirming that upcoming invitations, reminders, and other automatic project emails are scheduled as expected.

Email delivery health

This section provides an overview of email delivery for the selected period:

• Sent – the number of emails sent.
• Bounced – the number of emails that could not be delivered.
• Failure rate – the percentage of sent emails that were not successfully delivered.

You can review email delivery for the last 7, 14, or 30 days and compare the results with the previous period.

Email delivery health statistics include scheduled emails sent automatically and emails sent manually using Send Now. Test emails are not included in these calculations.

Project health

This section provides a concise overview of response progress, scheduled emails, and email delivery issues across your active projects.

Taking the Next Step

Use the Dashboard to monitor overall activity and identify items that may require attention. To review detailed project information, manage participants and emails, adjust settings, or take other actions, open the relevant project from the Projects page.
