The User Settings page allows you to manage your personal information and platform preferences.
These settings control how your name appears, how data is displayed, and how the platform behaves when you log in.
What You Can Configure
Personal Information
You can update your personal profile details, including:
- Given (first) name
- Family (last) name
- Name display format (e.g., Given Name First or Family Name First)
- Position or job title
This information is private and is used within the platform where your identity is displayed.
Regional Settings
Regional settings affect your personal experience when logged in.
You can configure:
- Timezone – Ensures that dates and times are accurate for your location throughout the platform (for example, timestamps in 360 reports, status reports, credit history, email delivery logs and trends, and response start and end dates)
- Locale – Defines the format of dates, times, and numbers throughout your user account
Automatic Project Selection
You can choose whether the platform automatically opens your most recently used project when you log in.
- Enabled – saves time by taking you directly back to your last project
- Disabled – allows you to manually select a project each time
Why This Matters
Keeping your user settings up to date ensures:
- Your name is displayed correctly in user interfaces
- Dates and times are accurate for your location
- A smoother, more efficient workflow when navigating projects
Best Practices
- Set your timezone correctly before scheduling emails or launching projects
- Choose a name format that aligns with your organization’s standards
- Enable automatic project selection if you frequently work in the same project
Important Notes
- These settings apply only to your user account
- Changes do not affect other users in your organization
- Regional settings influence how data is displayed, not how it is stored
