Reports Overview

Reports transform feedback into clear insights for individuals and organizations.

The Reports & Results section is where you configure and generate feedback reports for your project.

Panoramic Feedback provides two main types of reports:

  • Subject Reports – Individual feedback reports for each subject
  • Group Reports – Aggregated reports across multiple subjects

Each report type is designed for a different purpose and follows a different workflow.


Subject Reports

Subject Reports provide detailed feedback for individual subjects.

They combine responses from all assigned responders and present results across headings, questions, and responder categories.


How Subject Reports Work

Subject Reports are generated in a single step:

  • Select the subjects to include
  • Configure report settings
  • Generate the report

All options are configured on one screen before generating.

Subject Reports include the following configuration sections:

  • Subjects

Group Reports

Group Reports provide aggregated results across multiple subjects.

They are used to identify patterns, trends, and overall performance across a team, group, or organization.


How Group Reports Work

Group Reports follow a 3-step workflow:

  1. Project Filter (optional)
    Include additional projects to combine data across multiple assessments
  2. Subject Criteria (optional)
    Define rules to automatically select subjects (e.g., only subjects with responses)
  3. Report Settings
    Configure report content and generate the report

This structure allows you to build highly targeted and flexible reports.


Group Report Settings

Group Reports include the following configuration sections:
