Customizing Email Content

The Customizing Email Content page allows you to edit the messages sent to participants throughout your project.

All emails are created using a visual (WYSIWYG) editor, making it easy to format content and insert dynamic data.


Using the Email Editor

Email content is edited using a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.

This allows you to:

  • Write and format text
  • Adjust layout and structure
  • Apply basic styling (e.g., bold, lists, spacing)
  • Preview how the email will appear to participants

The editor works similarly to standard document or email tools.


Using Dynamic Elements

Dynamic elements allow you to automatically insert project-specific information into your emails.

These elements are replaced with real data when the email is sent.

For example, dynamic elements can include:

  • Participant name
  • Subject name
  • Project name
  • Project title

This allows you to personalize emails without editing each one individually.
