Customizing Email Content

The Edit Automatic Email page allows you to edit the messages sent to subjects and responders throughout your project.

All emails are created using a visual editor, making it easy to format content and insert dynamic data.


Using the Email Editor

Email content is edited using a visual editor. This allows you to:

  • Customize the default text
  • Write and format text
  • Adjust layout and structure
  • Apply basic styling (e.g., bold, lists, spacing)
  • Insert links (URLs)
  • Insert various dynamic elements
  • Preview how the email will appear to subjects and responders

Using Dynamic Elements

The Insert Dynamic Value option allows you to automatically insert project-specific information into your emails. These elements are replaced with actual project data when the email is sent.

For example, dynamic elements can include:

  • Start date for responses
  • End date for responses
  • Project title
  • Client name
  • Responder name
  • Project administrator’s email address
