If you cannot sign in to the Panoramic Feedback administration platform, start by checking the account and sign-in method you normally use. The next steps depend on whether the difficulty is your password, a verification code, or access to your verification device.
This page is available without signing in so you can use it while recovering access. If you are completing a feedback questionnaire, use the personal link in your invitation and contact the project administrator for access help. Administrators supporting a participant can also use Responder Is Unable to Log In.
Key concepts
Platform sign-in is for people administering Panoramic Feedback projects. A questionnaire invitation or personal assessment code is separate from a platform user account. Passwords, verification codes, and recovery codes must remain private.
Before you begin
Use a trusted device. Have your platform username or email address ready and, where possible, access to the email account, passkey, or authenticator app you normally use.
Instructions
Check the sign-in method
- Open the Panoramic Feedback sign-in page. Use the platform account you normally use; do not enter a questionnaire PID.
- If you normally use a connected Google or Microsoft account, choose Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft and select the correct account with that provider.
- For username or email sign-in, enter it and choose Continue. Choose Sign in with a passkey or Continue with password as appropriate to your account. Follow the options actually shown.
- If a passkey prompt was cancelled or the provider is unavailable, return to sign-in and try an available alternative method. A Google or Microsoft account must be connected to the correct PF account; choosing a different provider account does not recover an existing account.
Reset a forgotten password
- Return to the initial sign-in page and choose Forgot password?.
- Enter your Username or email and choose Send code.
- Check the email account associated with your platform user. Enter the Verification code and choose Verify code.
- If a Recovery code is requested, enter an unused code that you previously saved. Choose a New password that meets the requirements shown, then choose Update password.
- When the password has been updated, choose Return to sign in. Complete any identity verification still required for the account.
If the platform says recovery codes are unavailable or account recovery assistance is required, contact Panoramic Feedback support. Do not create another account as a substitute for recovering the existing one.
Resolve verification-code or device problems
- Read the prompt to identify which code is required. An email verification code, an authenticator-app code, and a recovery code are different. Enter the code for the method shown.
- For an email code, check the displayed destination where available, along with spam or organizational quarantine folders. Use Resend code when it becomes available, observing any waiting period shown.
- If an email code or sign-in request has expired, return to sign-in and start again. If too many attempts have been made, wait as instructed before retrying.
- If you cannot use the usual verification device, choose another available method, such as Sign in with a passkey or Use a recovery code, when offered. Recovery codes are one-time codes; a code already used cannot be used again.
- If none of your verification methods is available, use Contact Support under the verification help, or open the support page. Explain the problem and the message shown without sending passwords, verification codes, or recovery codes.
After access is restored
Review your sign-in methods, email address, recovery arrangements, and signed-in devices in Security Settings. If offered a choice on a shared device, use Standard session and sign out when finished; do not choose Stay signed in on a shared or public device.
Helpful notes
- A password reset does not replace required identity verification. Follow the verification or recovery options shown for your account.
- If the issue is your account user’s access rather than a forgotten password, ask your organization’s account administrator to check your user record.
- Contact support when a required email account or verification method is no longer available. Keep any screenshots free of passwords, codes, and other private account information.
