Purchasing Credits

Credits are used to run 360-degree feedback projects in Panoramic Feedback.

Before launching a project, you must have sufficient credits available in your account.

What Are Credits?

Assessment credits are the units used to process feedback results. The number of credits required for a project depends on the number of Subjects included in the project. Each Subject whose data is processed requires one assessment credit.

An assessment credit is consumed the first time:

• A report is generated for a Subject, or
• Response data for a Subject is included in an export file.

Once a Subject has consumed an assessment credit, no additional credits are required for subsequent reports or exports involving that Subject.

When You Need to Purchase Credits

You may need to purchase credits when:

• You are creating a new project
• Your current credit balance is low
• You do not have enough credits to generate a report
• You do not have enough credits to export project response data

It is recommended to review your available credits before launching a project.

How to Purchase Credits

1. Go to the Overview section
2. Select Order Credits
3. Choose the number of credits required
4. Complete the purchase process

Once payment is completed, the credits will be added to your account.

Managing Your Credits

After purchasing credits, you can:

• View your current balance (Overview dashboard)
• Track credit usage (Overview -> Credit History)
• Export your credit usage history (Overview -> Credit History)
• Order additional credits (Overview dashboard)

The Credit History page provides a record of all credit transactions and usage activity associated with your account.

Tips for Managing Credits

• Estimate your project size before purchasing
• Ensure you have enough credits before launching your project
• Review your credit usage regularly
• Contact support if you are unsure how many credits are required
