After a project has been launched, there may still be situations where additional invitation emails need to be sent.
This commonly happens when:
- New Subjects or Responders are added after the Responder Catalyst email has already been sent
- Email addresses are corrected or updated by the project administrator
How to Send Invitations to New Addresses
If you need to send invitations to newly added or corrected addresses after the original Responder Catalyst email was sent:
- Go to the People section and add or update the required people or email addresses
- Go to the Emails section
- Edit your existing Responder Catalyst email and change the Send Date to a future date
- Save the changes
Who Rescheduled Emails Are Sent To
When a previously sent Responder Catalyst email is rescheduled:
- The system sends the email only to new or corrected addresses
- Existing responders who already received the email will not receive it again
On the rescheduled send date, the email is delivered exclusively to recipients added or updated since the original email was sent.
Important Considerations
- Review newly added email addresses carefully before rescheduling the email
- Do not create a new Responder Catalyst email
- Newly created emails are sent to all eligible recipients, including those who already received invitations
- Always reschedule the existing email when sending invitations to newly added or corrected addresses after launch
